What is my pet’s size?

Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest that you measure your pet carefully and buy our clothing and collars according to your dog’s measurements rather than size. There is a size chart for each garment on the item pages. View sizing for information on how to measure your dog.

Is ordering secure?

The checkout and account areas of Bark Avenue by Cucciolini are secured using SSL technology. This technology is the most advanced security technology available today and ensures that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, through PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in CAN currency.

Is my merchandise insured?

Bark Avenue by Cucciolini insures all shipments against theft and accidental damage, at no cost to our members, up to a value of $100. Once the merchandise has been delivered, the insurance ceases to be in effect.

What is your standard method of shipping?

Our standard methods of shipping are Canada Post and UPS Ground

Do you ship to other countries or overseas?

We ship to USA and Canada only.

Can I change or revise or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel or revise your order by Email at [email protected] or Call at 416-407-9007

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a fulfillment notice through e-mail once your order has been shipped

What happens when the item I order is out of stock?

Some items may go out of stock before we can remove the item from our website. If you order an item that is no longer available, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Where do I send my item for exchange or return?

We want to make sure that your dog absolutely loves his or her shopping experience at Bark Avenue by Cucciolini which is why we offer a 30 day guarantee under the following guidelines:

All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition.

Any fur that may have transferred in the trying on process must be removed or a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Return/Exchange Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beds, bowls, toys, grooming tools, food, supplements, and perishable items.

We cannot issue refunds on Sale Items. Footwear cannot have been worn outside.

We cannot issue refunds on orders which have items that have already been exchanged. A credit will be issued to any refund requests.

For holiday dog clothing and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a onetime size exchange is allowed, no refunds or store credit.

Do you sell wholesale?

We currently do not sell any of our items wholesale.

Will I be charged sales tax?

The sales tax charged depends on where you ask us to ship the order as follows:
• Canada – Quebec: 5% GST + 9.975% QST
• Canada – Ontario, Newfoundland/Labrador, and New Brunswick: 13% HST
• Canada – Prince Edward Island: 14% HST
• Canada – Nova Scotia: 15% HST
• Canada: all other provinces: 5% GST
